Document Description
SWPAO #17021 sets the terms and provisions for the delivery of up to 3,000 acre feet per year of Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s (PG&E) water (Non Project Water) to California Water Service (CWS), a member agency of Butte County, through December 31, 2027. Butte County requested DWR’s approval to allow the conveyance of an additional 50 acre-feet of Non-Project Water for year 2020, totaling up to 3,050 acre-feet, and a reduction of 50 acre-feet of Non-Project Water for year 2021, totaling up to 2,950 acre-feet.
This Amendment allows the conveyance of up to 3,050 acre-feet of Non-Project Water in year 2020 and the conveyance of up to 2,950 acre-feet of Non-Project Water in year 2021 to Butte County. The total amount of water conveyed through December 31, 2027, will not change.
