A request by Jermey Sol AT&T Mobility for a CUP (DRC2016-00065) to allow for the construction and operation of an unmanned wireless communications facility consisting of 12, eight-ft panel antennas split into three sectors of 4 antennas each and 2, six-ft diameter dish antennas; ancillary antenna support equipment within a faux water tank structure; ground facilities including a 137 sf equipment shelter, a backup power generator, equipment racks, two air conditioning units, power facilities, security lighting, GPS antennas, and utility meter; and 6.5 ft tall wooden perimeter fence. The area of disturbance, including roughly 600 lf of utility trenching, is approx 3,275 sf.
