CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0137-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Virgil Airola, or Mr. Peter Sundahl acting on behalf of project Applicant. Project entails the installation of a permanent 72 inch corrugated metal pipe at crossing CR2, including removal of one Douglas-fir tree from the downstream west bank and placement of 6 inch or larger rip-rap armoring to stabilize the bank.
