Document Description
The California Department of Toxic Substances Control, pursuant to authority granted under California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 4.5, Chapter 20, Section 66270.61, has issued an Emergency Permit to University of California San Francisco (EPA ID#CAR00030948) to treat hazardous waste by controlled reaction with a chemical solution. The hazardous wastes to be treated consist of the following items:
1 Borane THIF: Temperature/Shock Sensitive Compounds 100mL
1 Benzoyl Peroxide: Temperature/Shock Sensitive Compounds 50 g
1 2,2 Azobisisobutyronitrile: Temperature/Shock Sensitive Compounds 100 g
1 1-Hydroxy-7-Azabenzotriazole: Shock Sensitive Compounds 25 g
2 Diethyl Ether: Peroxide Forming Material 1- 1 L, 1- 500 mL
