Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0576-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Olsen Power Partners as represented by Arthur Hagood, General Manager. Permittee proposes to conduct routine maintenance activities that are subject to Fish and Game Code 1603 at the diversion intake structure and tailrace. Routine Maintenance would include debris or obstruction removal, silt/sand/sediment removal, vegetation management, maintenance of diversion and intake structures and maintenance of the tailrace. No new construction or emergency work is included in this routine maintenance agreement.
