Document Description
The project proposal includes the development of a wireless facility on an undeveloped portion of a 2.14-acre parcel on the Oregon border, east of U.S. Highway 199. The required infrastructure for the facility would include 2,500 sq. ft. fenced area, a 165' tall monopole tower, and overheard electric and broadband utility lines. Future tenant radio equipment would be installed in the fenced area. Existing access from Hwy 199 leads to the facility, approx. 200' total. Approx. 30 trees would be removed in an existing disturbed area to accommodate the facility. No development is proposed outside the fenced facility area.
