Per the subdivision map act, remainder parcels may not be used for sale, lease or financing. If the Remainder is used for one of those purposes, a tentative subdivision map will be reviewed and considered for approval by the planning commission. B/c it is a remainder parcel it is not considered now for the purposes of counting parcels nor is it part of this initial study.
