Document Description
The 2150 Greenways Drive Project ("the Project") proposes to demolish the existing structures on-site, including a one-story main residence, an accessory structure (pool cabana), and a swimming pool; divide the existing legal parcel of record (APN: 069-250-080) into two legal parcels (Parcel 1 and 2); and rezone the resulting parcels from one residential zoning district (SR) to another residential zoning district (R-1). The existing property is 1.05 acres (45,666 square feet), and the proposed parcels would each be 0.52 acres (22,833 square feet). This applicant's purpose in applying for the land division and rezoning is to create two parcels that could both support single-family residence and associated accessory structures. No new development is proposed as part of this application.
