Document Description
The proposed project amends the city's general plan land use element, Quasi-Industrial LUD. Adoption of GPA 16-002 will allow existing legally operating warehouse, storage and transfer uses and vehicle sale, rental and leasing uses operating in more than 10,000 sf of building area and have an active San Juan Capistrano business license as of the adoption of GPA 16-002, to have a floor area ratio of up to 0.85 when all of the following conditions are met: (1) no building foot print or shell expansion shall occur; (2) the property use will be limited to personal storage facilities; and (3) all San Juan Capistrano Municipal Code requirements and standards are met including, but not limited to, parking, CUPs, and any other development standards.
