Petitioners from the second half of the unincorporated community of Panorama Heights located in North Tustin, CA want to transfer inhabited territory from the OUSD to the TUSD. The transfer of territory would shift school attendance boundaries from OUSD to TUSD jurisdiction. The project as defined for this environmental review involves only the environmental consequences of changing the school district attendance boundaries as described previously.
