The project entails demolition of all buildings and structures located on the closed Collins Street Elementary School campus (Located at 5717 Rudnick Avenue in the Woodland Hills neighborhood of the City of Los Angeles, CA 91367. Demolition will consist of approx. 29,000 square feet consisting of five buildings and a course arcades that provide circulation throughout the campus. The buildings and structures would be leveled and the remaining foundations, asphalt/pavement, planters, and landscaping would remain in place. A number of hazardous and dead trees (possibly 26 of 74 ornamental trees) will also be removed from the campus during this project. No ground disturbance or new construction is proposed.
