Document Description
CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2016-0580-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to Mr. David Sandemo. The project is limited to two encroachments. Both encroachments are for water diversion, one from a Class II stream and one from a shallow groundwater well. Water is diverted for domestic use and irrigation. Work for the water diversion project will include stream remediation at the existing POD, modification of the diversion infrastructure, use, and maintenance. Work will include excavation of the current structure, channel shaping, placement of material and the diversion infrastructure, and backfilling with clean rock as needed.

The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probable future projects.
