The proposed project is the construction and operation of a Holiday Inn Express Hotel in the City of Williams. The approximate 2.29 acres project site is located on the southeast corner of the Margurite Street/SR 20 intersection. The proposed 4-story hotel would have a footprint of approx 13,360 sf with a total floor area of approx 49,802 sf. A total of 75 proposed guest rooms, nine of which are Hearing Impaired Accessible and five of which are Handicap Accessible are proposed. The proposed parking lot has 100 spots, eight of which are ADA accessible, and five spots suitable for RV parking. The hotel would include a conference room, fitness center, pool, meeting room, and other amenities.
