The project is for a coastal development permit that would allow construction of a new 3,556 gross sf single family dwelling with a 929 (gross) sf attached garage and a 935 sf detached garage, a 1,085 sf guesthouse with a 583 sf detached garage, and a new 2,345 sf horse barn. he project also includes construction of a new 14' wide x 40' long single-span bridge that would cross over Canada de Liegua creek. Additionally, construction of a new swimming pool, two new spas, five new 5,000 gallon water tanks, and installation of two backup generators, new landscaping, patios and other hardscaping, as well as a new septic system and buried liquid propane tanks would be included as part of this project.
