Document Description
CUP15-017 would allow the expansion of an existing herd of 520 cows to 1,300 milk and dry cows. This would represent an increase of 780 cows. The project includes installation of a larger milk tank in the existing milk barn. While there are no engineered plans for facility improvements, the applicant indicates the milk barn would be upgraded and shade barns would be added in the future. All improvements would occur within the existing footprint of the dairy.
