Document Description
Calaveras County public works department, in conjunction with Caltrans and the FHWA, intends to replace an existing, failed, low water crossing with a new bridge on Singletree Drive over Little Johns Creek. The low water crossing once allowed the creek to flow through several culverts under the road. The LWC failed and washed out during high flows in the winter of 2004. The road was washed out and remains closed. Construction of the new bridge is planned to commence in 2018 or later.
