Document Description
Project is limited to the removal of 180 linear feet of an abandoned 30-inch diameter pipeline. Cement encasement will be cut at the toe of the slope, and removed through trenching. After removal, the trench will be backfilled and the open ends of the pipeline will be sealed with cement. Equipment will access the project area via the San Juan Creek Trail at Alipaz Street and all materials and equipment will be stored off-site. Implementation of the project will result in 0.03 acre (180 by 10 linear feet) of temporary impacts to the channel bottom. There are no permanent impacts as a result of project activities.
