Document Description
The applicant is proposing to temporarily relocate existing operation in order to complete remediation for contamination associated with a former manufactured gas plant on the Annex and Water Yard lots. Once remediation is complete, the project would involve the construction of a new, consolidated water and wastewater operations corporate yard facility on the site of the existing corporate yard facility. On the Annex lot, an administration building, an employee support and training building, and a warehouse would be built, totaling approx 19,928 sf. On the Water Yard lot, a material storage area, yard bins, workshops, and a trash and recycling collection area would be constructed, totaling approx 15,630 sf. Project operations would be similar to existing operations at the site today.
