Request by Brian Brown for a minor use permit for construction of a 10,085 sf winery production and storage facility which includes a 417 sf public tasting room; driveway improvements, parking, walkways, new septic system, mechanical pad with screen wall, and signage. The applicant is requesting a setback modification under 22.30.070D.2.d, to allow the winery to be located 103 ft from property line and 277 ft from the nearest adjacent residence. The project will disturb approx 1.86 acres on a 12.25-acre parcel containing two existing single family residences, a 1,700 sf barn, and miscellaneous accessory structures. Three existing oak trees are proposed to be removed.
