The subject property consists of one parcel of land, encompassing approximately six acres more or less, commonly referred to as APN 091-020-016. The parcels are contiguous to the Table Mountain Rancheria at the easterly boundary. The property is a well-established Campground and RV Park that was established in the late 1960's. It contains 60 RV sites, 24 tent sites, a camp store, manager's residence, registration kiosk, restrooms and showers. The Tribe is plans to continue the present use of the land as a Campground.
