The Project is a 74-acre site that will be utilized as multi-use housing development that would provide up to 560 dwelling units and associated utilities infrastructure. The project activities are limited to the grading and permanent fill of irrigation ditch, drainage ditch, and roadside ditch. The project also entails the recontouring of a small detention basin, the realignment of Covell Drainage, the recontouring of slopes to facilitate of the expansion of Covell Road, and the installation of a new road crossing.
