Document Description
The proposed project consists of an application to re-zone the site from HR 2 1/2 to HR 2 1/2: PD (PD-16-002), and subdivision of the site into eight residential lots and one lot for an existing water tank. The proposed project would use an existing roadway network that traverses the project site. A four to ten-foot wide trail easement running east to west and open space easement is included. The project site has existing water lines; however, sanitary sewer, storm water and fire suppression improvements will all be required on the project site prior to construction of any residences. Development of the eight residential lots will require removal of 100 trees, all in fair or poor health.
