Document Description
Project site consists of 36 acres and is located in the eastern portion of the Town. An existing unpaved road traverses the property and would be retained for future internal access. Existing retaining walls and erosion control improvements are located adjacent to the internal roadway. A San Jose Water Company water tank is located on the southern border of the project site. There are no other existing structures on the site. The proposed project consists of an application to re-zone the site from HR 2 1/2 to HR 2 1/2: PD (Hillside Residential, 2 1/2 acre minimum Planned Development), with future subdivision of the site into residential lots. Anticipated subdivision of the property would include eight buildable lots, ranging in size from approx. 3 to 7 acres, two approx. two-acre open space parcels, and one 0.29-acre parcel for the existing water storage tank.
