Document Description
Tim Lewis Communities is proposing to rezone and subdivide the Project site to support 39 single family residential lots and roadways on a 31-acre portion of the site and to permanently preserve ~123 acres as open space. The area that would be developed is located on flat terrain in the western portion of the site in the vicinity of existing residential development, while the larger area to the east containing hilly terrain would be preserved as open space. Residential lots would range in size from 17,216 sf (0.39 acre) to 38,331 sf (0.88 acre). The proposed site plan includes preservation of an existing wetland area in the western portion of the site and the construction of an adjacent bioretention area for on-site stormwater management.
