The project is limited to one encroachment (Table 1) for water diversion from an unnamed tributary to McKee Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use only. All cannabis-irrigation water is provided by a rain catchment system. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
