Document Description
The Los Rios Community College District is proposing to modernize and expand the College Center building located on the southwest portion of the CRC campus. The modernization involves approx.. 3,653 sq. ft. of renovation to the northwest portion of the building. The expansion involves adding a 30,560 sq. ft., two-story addition to the existing 30,000 sq. ft. single story College Center building. There is currently a severe shortage of administrative office space, and the College Center modernization and expansion will alleviate this need; the project is not intended to facilitate future growth.
