A use permit application for the expansion of an existing olive processing facility to be constructed in four phases over ten years. Phase one is the construction of a 5,080 sf cellar/shipping office. Phase two is the construction of a 4,950 sf addition to the cellar and a 3,900 sf warehouse to be constructed within three years from the date of approval. Phase three is the construction of a 4,950 sf addition to the cellar and a 5,200 sf processing building to be constructed within six years from the date of approval. Phase four is the construction of a 20,000 sf addition to an existing warehouse to be constructed within ten years from the date of approval.
