Document Description
A program-level EIR for future development of land uses including residential, retail, public space, and commercial. The 43.11-acre specific plan area (inclusive of 7.32 acres of roadway ROW) would allow for up to 500 additional dwelling units (primarily integrated mixed use) and 325,000 sf of non-residential uses in a predominantly developed part of the city. Streetscape improvements could include new medians, landscaping, class II bike lanes. Total development (existing plus SP) would be 521 dwelling units and 621,446 sf of non-residential development.
