Document Description
A program-level EIR for future development of land uses including residential, retail, public space, and commercial. The Specific Plan has an approx. threshold of 500 residences (primarily integrated mixed us) and 325,000 sq. ft. of non-residential uses. Streetscape improvements would be identified. In general, the site extends one parcel east and west of the Red Hill Ave. right of way. Between Mitchell Ave & Walnut Ave., the boundary is generally at the Red Hill right of way except for two properties.
