Document Description
The Project would include construction and operation of two warehouse/distribution/logistics buildings with associated office spaces and surface parking and loading areas. The western building would be approximately 307,000 square feet, and the eastern building would be approximately 215,000 square feet. Office space within each building would total up to 20,000 square feet. Depending on the number of future tenants, office areas may be distributed among four individual office spaces in the southwest and southeast corners of each building, or may be concentrated within one office in each building.
