Document Description
The proposed project involves site cleanup and residential development on a 13+/- site, consisting of the removal of all junk vehicles, trash, debris, and structures from the site; export of 33,195+/- cubic yards of contaminated soil; and construction of 150 residential units, including 23 single family residences,40 duplex-style townhouses, and 87 row-style townhouses. Twenty percent of the units will be deed-restricted for low moderate income levels. Each unit has two dedicated parking spaces. Additional guest parking spaces are provided in common parking bay areas and on street spaces, totaling 111 spaces. Access will be provided via an extension of Loma Vista Dr to the project site.
