Document Description
CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2016-0375-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to Mr. Travis Bowen.
The project is limited to one encroachment for water diversion. A hydrologically connected well has been installed in gravel adjacent to the Van Duzen River. Water will be diverted from the well for commercial cannabis cultivation from Nov 1 to May 14 of any year, with diverted water to be stored in an off channel pond to provide water for irrigation during the summer low flow period.

Water will be diverted from a hydrologically connected well to the Van Duzen River. Work will include use and maintenance of the well and diversion to a pond for storage and irrigation use. There would be no significant adverse impact on endangered, rare or threatened species or their habitat pursuant to section 15065. There are no hazardous materials at or around the project site that may be disturbed or removed. The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probable future projects.
