Document Description
CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2016-0531-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to Mr. John Neill.
The project is limited to five encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion form unnamed tributary to Tank Gulch and Redwood Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use and irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include installation, use, and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The four other proposed encroachments are to improve road/stream crossings, to abandon an unused road, and to remediate a channel disturbed by illegal grading. Work for these encroachments will include excavation including a remediated channel, removal of a failing culvert, replacement with a new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion, and revegetation.
