CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0101-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, County of Santa Clara, Department of Parks and Recreation.
The entire Cottle Trail project includes construction of a 1.4 mile trail that is 10 feet in width. Of this there are 7 drainages within 1600 jurisdiction. The 7 drainages will be armored with large rocks and smaller rocks, then covered and compacted using on-site soil.
