single family residence; Z: light industrial, GP: Very low density residential
Document Description
The project proposes to construct four, two-story single family residences with attached garages. An additional detached garage would be constructed to provide covered parking for the existing single-family residence on that site, which would remain. Landscaping, fencing, paving, and other associated improvements would also be constructed. The project involves a rezone of the site from Light Industrial (ML) to a Planned Development and a Tentative Subdivision Map to create five for-sale lots and one common lot for use as a private street and utility corridor.
