An additional detached garage would be constructed to provide covered parking for the existing single-family residence on that site, which would remain. The site would be rezoned to a planned development zoning district and subdivided into six lots (five residential lots and one common lot for a shared driveway) as part of the project. Landscaping, fencing, paving, and other associated improvements would also be constructed.
