Document Description
The project proposes to demolish several existing commercial and residential structures on a 7.14-acre property located on two city blocks and construct a new mixed-use project within the city. The proposed project includes demolition of approximately 102,348 sf of existing commercial and residential buildings and construction of up to 392 multi-family and senior residential units and approximately 221,417 sf of commercial space. The commercial space would include an approximately 311-room hotel, as well as an approximately 8,000 sf restaurant and up to 22,000 sf of ancillary uses (i.e., spa, fitness center, and meeting rooms). The project will be phased as part of a development agreement with phase I anticipated to occur upon project approval and phase II anticipated to be built approximately five years later.
