The project includes remodeling of the existing building located at 3311 East Willow St and reorganization of the parking lot. The building was previously used as a physical therapy center and is proposed to be utilized as an adult day care facility. The proposed project would remodel the exterior and interior of the building while leaving the exterior structure intact. Building square footage would remain 3,960 sf. The existing lot would be repaved and restriped to allow for fourteen parking spaces, including one van accessible parking space. The applicant plans to install new parking lot lighting and upgrade current electrical panels.
