To comply with an amendment to the Water Quality Control Plan for the LA Region, the cities of LA, Beverly Hills, Culver City, Inglewood, and West Hollywood, the county of LA, and the LA County Flood Control District propose to develop three regional water quality improvement projects - 1) the Low Flow Treatment Facility 1 in Culver City; 2) the Low Flow Treatment Facility 2 in the city of LA; and 3) the Mesmer Low Flow Diversion in the city of Culver City.
