Document Description
Project proposes a grading permit to construct a mitigation bank on a 794.1-acre site located at 2311 Fiddyment Road in Placer County. The Bank is intended to serve as mitigation for impacts to jurisdictional wetlands, pursuant to the Clean Water Act; impacts to protected species, pursuant to the federal and California Endangered Species Acts; and impacts to sensitive stream and riparian communities, pursuant to California Fish and Game Code Section 1600. The project site is located within the Sunset Industrial Area Plan area.
