The Hutchinson Drive-State Route (SR) 113 Interchange Improvements project provides transportation improvements to support the West Village housing expansion (The Green at West Village), delivering mitigation measure requirements associated with the UC Davis 2018 Long Range Development Plan (LRDP) Environmental Impact Report (EIR). The project will improve bicycle and pedestrian safety at the Hutchison Drive-SR113 interchange and accommodate the additional vehicle traffic associated with the West Village expansion. Project improvements also include modifying the Hutchison Drive and SR113 interchange with new ramps and traffic signals.
