Pursuant to Chp 6.5, division 20, section 25355(a)(1) of the Health and safety code, the DTSC is considering approval of the proposed draft remedial action plan, Ramirez Street Area, Former Aliso MGP, LA, CA which is incorporated by reference. The RAP is for the remediation of a portion of Ramirez Street located in Downtown Los Angeles between Center and Keller streets. The Southern California Gas Company is sponsoring the environmental cleanup of the Ramirez Street area based on a Voluntary Cleanup Agreement executed between the DTSC and SoCalGas dated January 19, 2001.
