The project consists of constructing a new permanent campus for the Summit Shasta Public High School on a 2.5-acre site on the closed Serramonte High School campus, located at 699 Serramonte Blvd in Daly City, CA. Currently, the Summit Shasta Charter HS is temporarily housed in portables in the main portion of the closed campus on former baseball field and would consist of student classrooms, a gym, administrative offices, outdoor areas for student use, walkways and parking. The current student body is 300 students and the proposed Summit Shasta HS would serve approximately 400 students. Campus Dr via Hickley Blvd would serve as the primary access to the new school site.
