The project is generally located at the northwest corner and southwest corners of Cruickshank Drive and 8th St. Properties identified by APNs 044-620-049, -050, and -051 would be rezoned to CG, while parcel with APN 044-620-053 would be rezoned to light manufacturing. A concurrent general plan amendment to change the land use designations for each of the parcels would also be required.
