Document Description
The proposed project consists of the construction and operation of an auto dealership, including a 42,039 sf building, vehicle display and storage areas, carwash and vehicle service areas on a 7.4 acre site. Access to the facility would be provided from proposed driveways on 10th St West and future Avenue K-8. A total of 436 parking spaces would be provided including spaces for fuel efficient vehicles and handicap accessible parking.
