Document Description
The project modernizes the 53 year old Mohr building, used for Allied Health and Physical Sciences, at Sacramento City College. The new facility, located on the same site, will continue to be used for instruction in Allied Health and Physical Sciences, and will serve the same capacity of students/professors. The new facility will provide a more earthquake resistant structure, as well as adequate ADA access compliance, HVAC, power and lighting systems. The modernization replaces the single-story building with a two-story building; the replacement building will have a smaller ground plane footprint.
