Document Description
The proposed project would initiate the use of recycled water in and around the city of Tracy. The source of the recycled water would be treated wastewater from the city of Tracy Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project includes the construction of modification to the existing WWTP needed to produce and deliver recycled water, a series of (predominantly underground) recycled water pipelines to deliver the recycled water, and two pump stations. This infrastructure would be used to deliver recycled water for approved uses within Tracy and nearby unincorporated San Joaquin County.
