Document Description
The city of Elk Grove proposes to develop a multi-use plaza with modern amenities and an associated parking lot to better accommodate special events currently held on the project site. The project would be constructed in three phases. The project includes a restroom building, an approximately 9,000 sf L-shpaed covered pavilion surrounded by grasscrete pavers with turf, shade trees, landscaping, and benches. The southern portion of the project site would be developed as an approximately 25,000 sf paved parking lot with landscaping, lighting, and street frontage improvements.
