The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-03135-R 1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Ms. Nicole Wood.
The project is limited to one (1) encroachment. The encroachment is for water diversion from a spring, an unnamed tributary to East Branch South Fork Eel River. Water is diverted for domestic use and irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure, including work that may be necessary to bring the water diversion into compliance with this Agreement
