Document Description
The project is limited to 3 encroachments. One encroachment is for restoration of a diverted class III watercourse in order to return it to its original channel. A second encroachment is to replace a 24 inch shot gunned culvert with a minimum 32 inch culvert positioned to grade. A third encroachment is to replace an undersized 12 inch culvert with a minimum 24 inch culvert. The Permittee has disclosed a permitted water well. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the failing culverts, and replacement with a new properly sized culverts, backfiling, and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
